I happily stumbled upon Remedy magazine when honeymooning in New York City in a cute little deli in Brooklyn. I stupidly didn’t buy a copy at the time (don’t ask me why) but I thoroughly kicked myself once I got home. I needed to get my hands on a copy to have another look, so along with purchasing the latest issue, Remedy’s lovely editor Kelly Carámbula, was kind enough to throw in a couple of back issues for this post.
The small independent Brooklyn based food magazine, straight away inspired me, not only with it’s vibrant neon 2 colour offset printing throughout, but also with the layout, illustrations and occasional hand drawn typography.
Thanks again to Kelly (publisher, editor, designer and super star) for your magazine. It is simply stunning and very inspiring and I can’t wait to start trying some of the recipes!
