As the leaves outside my window change colour so quickly before my eyes, so does the time it seems. I’ve been back working full time for a few weeks now, hence it’s been a little quiet around here on the blog. With two years approaching here on the Sunday Best, I hope to introduce some new (regular) posts soon.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend and a especially lovely relaxing Sunday.
(photo taken last long weekend of mark’s sketching in the afternoon sun.)
Waking up early for yoga then taking a dip at Half Moon Bay. It’s been a good early start to a warm weekend. Hope you have a lovely weekend everyone!
Two years ago today I said I do to the most amazing husband in an intimate ceremony back home in Western Australia. We celebrated this evening with a slice of chocolate cake (similar to our wedding cake) and a pimms.
Here’s cheers to many more years together. Love you Mr xo

It’s been a lovely sunny warm start to this weekend here in Melbourne. Hope your basking in the weekend and it’s filled with relaxing, sun filled days.
I’ve been a little quiet of late on Sunday Best, only for a few good reasons of course.
Just for a week I decided to disconnect from my computer and enjoy a fun week leading up to my birthday. Enjoying sleep-ins, drinks on sunny roof tops, dinner with a close friend, finding a hidden gift under my bed from an absent husband and flowers and cupcakes arriving at work from my parents were just a few special moments to mention.
I also excitedly watched my favourite football team make it into the AFL Grand Final. To witness the excitement build in Melbourne leading up to the final and also to get a ticket to go just a few days before was the sweetest icing on the (birthday) cake.
I have been extremely spoilt this year!
P.s If you were wondering, it was a mini iPad in that little box.
