This week was a rather relaxing one – continuing with my knitting and still loving it, a wonderful new recipe discovery thanks to Jamie Oliver’s 15 minute meals cook book, a coffee from my old favourite Market Lane, an after work drive to Ricketts Point Beach – even though it’s not the same the beach I know back home it was still good to smell the ocean air again and a good old Pimms to start the Australia Day long weekend!

Firstly, appologies I’ve had a fairly busy week with little time to update this blog. This weekend couldn’t have come quick enough!
Besides the crazy tiring week, it’s actually been good to be busy with part time and freelance work, providing of course there’s time for a weekend sleep in followed by a coffee in the sun to recharge the batteries.
